1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the goRobi delivery service, including our website, mobile applications, and autonomous delivery robots (collectively the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.
2. Service Description
goRobi provides last-mile delivery using autonomous robots and/or riders.
Orders are placed via partnered restaurants, retailers, or delivery platforms.
goRobi does not sell food or goods directly; we act as a logistics provider.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
By using the Service, you confirm you have legal authority to enter into this agreement.
4. Deliveries
Delivery Access: You must be available at the delivery location to receive your order. Robots will only unlock using a secure code or app verification.
Failed Delivery: If you are unavailable, the robot may return the order to the merchant or depot. Additional charges may apply.
Delivery Window: Estimated times are for guidance only. We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, technical issues, or force majeure.
5. Safety & Public Use
goRobi robots operate at walking pace and are monitored remotely.
Do not interfere, tamper, or obstruct a robot. Any damage, vandalism, or theft will be reported to the authorities.
Robots must not be used to carry illegal or hazardous items.
6. Fees & Payment
Delivery fees are determined by the partner platform or merchant.
You agree to pay all applicable charges at the time of order.
7. Liability
goRobi accepts responsibility for the safe handling of deliveries while in our control.
We are not responsible for product quality, suitability, or allergens in goods delivered (this remains the merchant’s responsibility).
Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the value of the delivery fee paid.
8. Data & Privacy
We process personal data in accordance with UK GDPR and our Privacy Policy.
Delivery details are encrypted and not stored on the robot.
9. Changes to Service
We may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service at any time. Terms may also be updated; continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service for misuse, unlawful activity, or breach of these Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
